The goal of this study is to help the readers have a better understanding of the relationship between the clothes that we wear, and the roles that God has given men and women. Despite the idea of our present culture that gender roles are outdated, God is very clear in His word that He made male and female with a designed purpose. “26And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. 27So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.” (Genesis 1:26, 27) This designed purpose is set forth throughout scripture demonstrating God’s wisdom as Creator.
